You might simply start by asking the machine vendor if you can use external fonts, such as those which come from Microsoft. They could readily tell you of any complexities.

And don't forget to include a solid character to substitute for a space. This one is -10.

The sample is not very clear so these answers are not very accurate but hopefully a start ...

-- The words may be something like Cambria Bold (Microsoft system font) but not particularly close.
-- The numbers (1x, 2x, 4x) look to be in the neighborhood of an Old English

I will suggest for the usual reasons (embroidered, product name) this word mark is not a commercial font but is a graphic design.
