OPTIKipling isn't an exact match — in particular, it’s too oblique and the crossbar on the /t is (much) too heavy — but in other respects it’s pretty close, especially the capital letters, and it’s free!

I agree. It would be best to implement it the way it works in adobe softwares - where you click on the icon/placeholder of the input, and then drag up or down for increase/decrease in number.
