I don't know how, as I don't have that font. You should open it in FontCreator to discover how they have done it.

You can make fonts similar to the one you have bought with FontCreator. I haven't seen it, so I don't know what technique/trick they used, but usually curves overlap to avoid issues with automatic path closing.

Do send me a private message (PM) and I'll explain the procedure.

We suggest you use this unattended installation procedure:
MainTypeSetup.exe /SP- /VERYSILENT /NORESTART

The software will then run as a trial, so you will need to register the software. That is pretty easy to accomplish. Do contact me and I'll give you more information.

Please go to the Adobe plugins folder, e.g.:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5.5\Plug-Ins

and from there do delete the folder
HLFontHandler

Then reboot your computer. This should allow you to install the new version of the plugin.

During the import the circles are converted from cubic to quadratic Bezier curves. As long as the text is not "red" it does indicate the characters are available. We are aware Windows XP has certain limits related to drawing Unicode text, but we decided to move forward, as users of more recent versions of Windows do actually benefit the new Windows APIs.
