Disable Fill works well. Just remember you have to "grab" the guideline outside the glyph to move it.

It is somewhat similar to LVDC Mrs Chan, by Lovedesign Co.
It could be one of their fonts I don't have.

It is a composite of many fonts, a collage or montage.
Note the variety of serifs, backgrounds, and body styles.

Use Complete composites.
Examine a font like Ariel or Times New Roman.

All I can say (in awe) is that it is an engraving masterpiece!

Macintosh Roman and Windows Unicode UCS-4 are obvious, but . . .
Hopefully someone can tell you which can successfully be deleted.

I was just looking at my predefined kerning files — kern_standard.txt and kern_extended.txt. They date back to 2003. I almost remember there being updates (other than the one offered by Dick Pape in 2010) but can't find them. Perhaps I am confabulating them with composites which I know have been upd...

I think you've got it with Trebuchet MS, Dick.
Look at the "i" in the word Within in the line above "will to fight."
