Has anyone been able to get Calt functionality with Adobe Premiere? It seems like this ought to work but my contextual alternates just do not kick in when using Premiere Pro 14.
Anyone else have this problem/solution?
Blessings,
Jonne

Re: Kerning Preview and Glyph dragging resize
YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!
Erwin You did it!
Thank you so much for your awesome and may I say quick work! The program feels so much more powerful now!
I'll report if I find anything broken with these changes.
Thank you so much!

Re: Kerning Preview and Glyph dragging resize
Diagonal resizing should snap to both horizontal metrics and guides, and vertical guides. The bounding box can be bigger than the contour if there are off-curve extremes. I think only snapping to the visual outline would be useful. Resizing selected contours is always applied on the visual bounding...

Re: Kerning Preview and Glyph dragging resize
Now that I read more about my question in the forums perhaps I don't wish to snap my glyphs just to the bounding box. I don't wish to have to make vertical guidelines in what I wish to do. I wish to use just horizontal guidelines to my glyph to while maintaining my glyphs aspect ratio (dragging it f...

Re: Kerning Preview and Glyph dragging resize
Hey Erwin, I'm not sure of the terms but I believe the answer to your question is that I wish it snap to the bounding box. For example if I make a horizontal line guideline I'd like to be able to raise or lower a glyph by the corner (to retain its aspect ratio) to the guideline I made. Does this mak...

Kerning Preview and Glyph dragging resize
Hey Erwin! Just thought I'd ask for a couple of additions to an already awesome program. I'd like to be able to kern all pairs using the preview window in the OTD no matter what order the kern tables are in. So I don't have to use the proofing tool. The second is the more important one. When shaping...

Re: Unable to kern certain pairs
Erwin! Thanks again for the quick response! And thanks for indulging me and explaining things a second time. I see how you were able to kern the problematic pair now. You used the proofing tool to get the OTD to see it. Unfortunately I don't use the proofing tool when I want to do quick work. I wond...

Subscribe to topics not working?
Hey All!
I subscribe to a topic in the forum and then when I go to the User Control Panel it shows that I haven't subscribed to any topics. What I want is to receive email notification when the topic I'm watching changes.
Thanks!
Blessings,
Jonne

Re: Unable to kern certain pairs
Erwin, Thanks for the quick response! I have looked through the problem using the proofing tool which I don't really know much about but I noticed one thing that seemed odd. As you can see in the below picture the proofing tool shows two kerning pairs. The pair preceding the selected letter and the ...

Unable to kern certain pairs
Hey All! I'm using the latest FontCreator 13 Pro program and have found that I'm unable to kern very specific pairs together. For example if I type in ALL CAPS and write FONTCREATOR in the opentype designer, I am able to kern every pair except for the O and N pair. No matter what the word it's alway...

Re: Automatic Diacritics
Oh ok, I think I got it. I'm using the FX feature to make copies of glyphs now. Is that correct?

Re: Automatic Diacritics
Hey thanks for the help!
Is there a way to turn an existing glyph into a composite or a 'copy of' a glyph, glyph? That way I don't have to rewrite the classes I've made?
Thanks.
