I don't see any way to exclude fonts from a view by tag.
Does it help to list them by categorisation, Foundry?
The fonts on the CD may all share the same Foundry name.

Re: horizontal shoulder in lower case letter m
I searched through my own fonts using MainType, but they all have round tops.

See Tools, Options, Exchange where you can modify the scaling.

Try looking in Font Folders (Ctrl+L) from the Library menu, and refreshing the font folders.

Re: Creating fronts based on images instead of converting images to contours
Adding support for photo fonts would, I suspect, be a major undertaking. One can create Multi-coloured fonts , but it would be quite labour-intensive to use a lot of colours. Adjusting the import scaling is possible using FontCreator’s Options, in Tools, Options, Exchange. Most glyphs would have to ...

Re: Version 15: Several features worked better in version 13
There is no real difference between *.otf or *ttf fonts. Just rename the extension as you wish. Confirmed, and agreed. There is a significant loss of functionality here. I see the same disappearing rectangle in FC13 as in FC15. The glyph's composite/simple status is shown in the glyph edit window t...

Re: Unable to download the software.
The problem is with Chrome being overzealous. Go to `chrome://downloads` to allow blocked downloads.
I just get a warning dialog, asking me if I wish to keep the download. When I click on Keep the installer downloads OK.

Re: Changing font name
Change the filename from Windows Explorer.
To change the font name you have to change in the Font Properties Panel, then export it. FontCreator will append Regular, Bold, Italic, etc.

Re: How to test in a graphic program?
It is not the Font Preview that you need to use, but the Font Test window. Open that, and select the Temporary font in PaintShop Pro (or any other application) to test the font.

Thank you for your efforts. You can include me in those who won't understand, but if a few do, it will have been worthwhile.

Re: Éditer longueur de glyphes(AW)
The meaning is unclear from the translation. Please write in English here if you can.
If you copy glyphs from the glyph overview, and paste them into notepad, you will get a plain text list of all the glyphs in order, listed by Unicode glyph name.
