Hi,
i´ge got a small problem here which i hope someone can help me with.
I have a font called GRAMMARA and another font called ORAMAC.
The GRAMMARA font is my main font but since this font lacks letters like “Ü” and “ü” “ö” “ä” i would like to add these letters from the OMARAC font.
Is this possible and how can i do this?
please help, i would appriciate it!
Which version of FontCreator are you using?
For the Professional or Trial versions:
- From the Insert menu, Insert Characters
- Double-click on the grave accent (96) and any other accents you need, e.g diaeresis, acute, cedilla, caron, breve, tilde, etc., (168,180,184,710,711,713,714,715,728,729,730,731,732,733) then OK to add them
- Open each accent in turn and insert contours to draw the accents at the right vertical position for lowercase a.
- From the Tools menu, select Glyph Transformer…
- Click on the open script icon
- Open “Eastern Europe.xml” script
- OK to run it
You will now have lots of new composite glyphs in your font.
