Often when typing a letter or designing a business card for someone, you do not always want to change the font to use an envelope symbol or a cellphone image in the address line. I am typesetting rubber stamps and using the same font with these symbols saves a lot of time. Just hold the alt key and type 202, and the envelope is displayed, or 204 for the fax symbol.
