after install character 'A' not working or missing

Hi

All of my characters capitals and the lower cases working with an exception of capital ‘A’.

No its not my keyboard as I can change fonts within the same application. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

I guess some setting in your font is missing, probably the Microsoft Unicode BMP only mapping is not set for the capital A.
