ARABIC Font Can not be SAVED in MS WORD & CORELX7

Dear FontCreator Support Team,

I am using registered copy of (FontCreator V7.5.0 Professional Edition Build 519)

I finished Complete ARABIC Font Design (with basic Latin letters of course).
Everything is working fine.
The problem is :

  1. After working in any MS Word documents, and after saving the file and open the file again , the text formatted with my font is showing Arial font or Andalus font BUT NOT MY NEW FONT !!! . Yes I can use the font with no problem BUT WHY IT CAN NOT BE SAVED.
  2. Also when Using CorelDrawX7 with my font >>IT IS SHOWING my font in CorelDraw drop down Font list But it is not showing my font when select it >>it showing also Andalus font !!! this in case of Arabic typing >>but when it comes to English typing IT IS WORKING FINE.

PLEASE, PLEASE I will appreciate your urgent help. So please as soon as you can please reply.

I don’t know the cause of the problem, but calculating the Ranges in Font Properties may fix the problem. Word may be substituting Andalus because it thinks that your font doesn’t include the required character sets and ranges.

Also make sure the x-Height and Cap Height values are set. See:

:frowning: I pressed the “Calculate button” BUT the same problem.
still the font working 100% OK >>>But it Can not be saved.
this problem really is a big problem because i tried all the possible options in FontCreator, I tried a lot of possible thing to change in this software BUT
IT IS NOT SOLVED :frowning:

I tried this also. I tried calculate the code ranges and metrics. but still the same problem :frowning:
