argument out of range

Hi!
I am using Font creator 9.1.
When I try to test or export a font I am getting the message ‘argument out of range’ and it doesn’t proceed further.
When i try to open a file *.fcp i am getting the same message.
File not opening.
How to open my file? How fix it? File in attachment.
Please help me!
