Just purchased downloaded have key but cannot enter the registration key?? What am I to do?

I don’t understand what fails. Is the place where you need to enter the registration code disabled, not showing, or do you get an error message?

The box to enter the registration code is there. I copy the code, open font editor click to enter the key box appears then I click copy from clipboard does nothing box is still empty “Register” button still greyed out, even ctrl v will not paste . I can however paste in notepad or wordpad.

I remember we’ve had a similar issue with another customer. It turned out she had installed a so called “privacy protection” utility, which did more harm than help. After disabling it, all worked perfectly.

Does this sound familiar?
