Hi all,
I created some glyphs / symbol (NOT Characters) using Font Creator and tried installing it from font creator using the ‘Install Font’ wizard. It returns this error ..“Could not complete Font Installation. Class not registered”…

I tried installing the file manually by throwing it inside the Fonts folder in window but it did not reflect in my Corel Draw installed font list…

I thought it could be something wrong with my glyphs and tried choosing “character” from the “New” file options instead of “symbol”. This time i did not do anything with the new file but tried installing this blank new file using the install wizard… It returned with the same error.

Appreciate any ideas to sort this issue out…

Any news on the solution to this behavior?

I’m facing the same problem on a WinXP system FontCreator 6.2 (build 244)

I can’t install from FrontCreator (Class registration problem)

I can install from MainType
I can install from the WINDOWS/Fonts folder (File → Install New Font..)

I’ve encountered this problem just starting to use Windows 7 with FC 6.5 Is there a solution to this?

Different day, different font.

Here’s what the error msg looks like:
Class not.jpg
Any thoughts?
