Your font contains many glyphs with AutoAttach enabled. This is very powerful, but also slows things down.
You could try to disable AutoAttach, to see if that makes the application more responsive.
We might need to add an option, that will only update the AutoAttach glyphs through a menu item. That way FontCreator remains fast, but occasionally the composite glyh members might be in an outdated position.
