[CLOSED] problem installing v.13 along v.14

Hello,

versions 13 and 14 can’t be installed together
as one takes over the other

Could it be corrected with the future release?

  • A workaround, pointed out by Bhikkhu Pesala, is:
  • go to Command prompt
  • type
    “C.…\FontCreatorSetup-x64.exe” /DIR=“C:\Program Files\High-Logic FontCreator 13”

but:

  • in ‘Apps’ only the last installed will appear
  • this becomes the default when opening .fcp files - and it can’t be changed

The application data is saved in two separate folders. They do not interfere with each other.
