[CLOSED] Problem with anchor position on lowercase italic a

This is from my Sukhumala Italic font. Anchor-based positioning results in the top anchor like this:
Expected Anchor Pos.png
This would be the expected position:
Anchor Pos a Italic.png
I understand that the algorithm may not be able to decide on the right position, as in the case of Ohorn, Uhorn, and a few other glyphs. Is this a new problem, and can anything be done to improve the algorithm?

I am afraid if we try to fix this one, you will soon find another case that needs to be fixed. FontCreator will try to find a good position for the anchors, but it will fail with more complex outlines.
