I tried updating Blocks.txt and UnicodeData.txt in C:\Program Files\High-Logic FontCreator 14\Unicode\ but I could not get it to work.
I think FontCreator needs an update to use the new code blocks.
If available, FontCreator will prefer the files located in the User Data Folder, so you need to copy the files to:
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\FontCreator14\Unicode
