That’s not possible. Truetype fonts are strictly monochrome.
Use a desktop publishing program or word-processor to add coloured fills and outlines to text.
hmmm i need it for a flash chat with textfield that use fonts for do smile.. with flash i can give 1 color but then the font change all, is not possible have border black instead of transparent and the fill of the color that i decide? maybe with bold or not?^^
You can use different symbols — not different colours:
