Expanding the space between the glyphs

Is it possible to expand the spacing ratio between glyphs, in percentages for example add another 20 to LSB and another 20 to RSB?

Optical metrics is best (Pro Edition only), but the Glyph Transform Wizard (Standard and Pro Editions) can be used to increase side-bearings by a percentage value.
