I am designing a symbol font using standard symbols
for marking purposes. basically small drawings.
Everything looks ok using FCP.
However, in spite of using every combination of “naming wizard”,manual naming and after searching and applying every solution from this board,
the test function F5 still reports a problem with microsoft naming fields,
and installation the font reports an error message.
The font contains approximately 20 drawings which are suitably mapped
to miscelleaneous characters for MS only

Any clue to where to look ?
What exactly will FCP check for when using F5 ?
