It appears that the lock aspect ratio button in the transform window (size tab) no longer works?
It seems to working fine here. What version do you have? The version and build number is shown in Help, About.
Try check for updates
Bug is confirmed, currently trying to track it down and solve it.
Bug is fixed with next release.
