Font display name

Hi,

My font is created and installed and working. However, in MS Word, no font name is displayed?

I have to look through the list, and find where the blank space is and select that to use the font.

All the name fields are completed, but still I can’t get a name to display?

Any ideas?

Did you use the Autonaming wizard to name your font? If not, try that.

I have a very similar problem (in the evaluation copy).

My font was called something different to start with (“TH1.ttf”); I made the changes I wanted to, saved & installed etc. but the font name that appears in Word’s Formatting toolbar is blank until I select it (the blank name that is) and then the correct font name appears!

I read your previous post, tried re-naming via the ‘Tools’ > ‘Auto-Naming’ feature (saved & installed etc.) but to no avail … the font name is still .

Any further thoughts/suggestions please?

I downloaded the trial version and opened a font (times bold) edited letters and such and then saved it, installed it and then opened up ms word, but it is not in the dropdown list. I tried saving it with a name of a font that was already installed, but then when I tried to use, even though it was in the list, the letters I typed were invisible. Is this a block in the trial version?
