Font distortion?

I have a problem, the font that I have created becomes distored when I
go down in text size, how or what can I do the prevent this?

At normal and large size text the font/graphic looks find but when the font
is set to small text i.e. (12 font size) all you see is a blob(you can see the graphic but it hard to read).

Probably you need to redesign your graphic to make it look better at small sizes. I think there is a way to embed bitmaps in a font for use at small sizes too, but I have never used it.
