there is multiple issue, while the first img. the font preview is not available, while second the file font exceptionally for the truetype cant be deleted. i have tried to shutdown, delete the file pn windows system, but its not possible

The second issue is not related to FontCreator. Maybe MainType can help you uninstall the font.
for this its solved, but another is not actually. and pretty bad, the font file will be as trash on my local storage that cant be trashed as well.
For some reason the file is in use. We don’t know why. Did you give MainType a try?
