I am creating a font easily
But there is a parameter that i don’t found.
The Font height.
I’m explain. I want a 5mm height police for example . So the capital letter must do 5 mm. For me, in fact the small letters make 5 mmand the capital latter make more.
Truetpe fonts are scalable, that is why there is no setting for height.
The height of letters will depend on the point size that you choose in applications like Word.
5 mm = 14.17 points, but the height of the actual letters are typically less than the point size, because accents like ¨ in Ä have to be positioned above the letters. To get 5 mm high letters, you will need to choose a font size of about 20 point.
