For the first time I am trying to create a variable font, I have a hard time solving problems moving from a light glyph to a black glyph, I will note that I keep the same position and number of points, still the glyph appears problematic and is not displayed as a variable.
How to close weights (not parameters) out of a parameter font properly, at the moment it does not appear to me well in InDesign,
I would be happy for guidance attached photos

I agree this one is hard to spot. “OF” means one of the outlines contains cubic and the other quadratic outlines. In your case it should not matter as you only use on-curve points, but FontCreator is not that smart. 
Fortunately it is easy to fix.
While we are at it, there are some more incompatibility indicators:
O → Outlines
F → Outline Flavour
N → Outline Node Type
D → Outline Contour Direction
S → Outline Contour Start (is a guess, so considered a warning, not an error)
T → Outline Matrix (composite glyph member transformation)
A → Anchors
