I have some adobe fonts in groups/folders like pictured below. First picture is the folder with 4 Garamond fonts.
Picture 2 is the way Maintype 4 show them. No integrity issues found. I also have some more folders with the same issue.
To answer my own question.
Must have been a corrupted database.
I uninstalled and removed everything I could find things seem to be working now.
There was a small bug in the original release that presented itself in very rare circumstances and caused the wrong fonts to appear in a folder. A complete uninstall and updating to the latest version is the best solution.
