I am not sure if I understand your question, but it looks like you need to increase the right side-bearing of the No. 5 glyph.

There must be more to it. There are two instances of the numeral 5 in the screenshot, but only the one at the end of the line is cut off.

Hi , it’s not just about the member 5 but to approximately all letters and numbers, the problem is numbers all letters from A to z are shows as number 5 in image above, please I want a solution

there are some images to shows the problem

Is this problem anything at all to do with FontCreator or about installing fonts on Android tablets?

Did you create the fonts in FontCreator? If so, which version are you using?

I’m not sure if this is a font or layout problem. Does this happen with all fonts, or only one specific font?

Did you make, download, or buy the font?

In case you made it, what software did you use?

In case you bought it, ask the font vendor for a solution.

Either way let us know your results!

1- iam not using fontcreator to this font or to edit it , I just get it by assistance from someone who aid me to get this font just by using one verion (regular only).
2-the problem just show in roboto-bold version of font but at regular is not shows.
3-well…we have a problem here , need an answer… please .what can you do if this issue in a font by your software.
with thanks

FontCreator can be used to fix most font problems, provided the Font’s license allows them to be edited. Many issues are fixed automatically, on opening a defective font in FontCreator.

I suggest contacting the person who gave you the font and ask them to fix it. Or, you could download FontCreator and try to fix it yourself, but you will need to register the product to export the font.

The Home Edition will do if the font is for private use. If it’s for commercial use you will need the Standard or Professional Edition.

Roboto is the system font on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). You can read about it on this page, which also includes a download link: https://developer.android.com/design/style/typography.html

guys I don’t need roboto font I need MIUI-regular.ttf to work with compatible in android OS .
by the way can I upload the font and you editing It as regular, boldand other subfamilies?

I’m not interested. Maybe someone else will offer to do it for you.

How much are you willing to pay? Does the MUI font come with a license that allows it to be modified?

I don’t understand what you mean but the miui regular font is editable

Fonts are protected by Copyright. Any font can be edited, but it is not advisable to edit and distribute fonts that are protected by copyright.

There are plenty of OpenSource fonts out there — if you’re going to the trouble and expense of customising a font for whatever purpose, make sure you start with one that permits derivatives, and read the terms of the license agreement.

You said that the problem shows up in Roboto Bold.

MUIU seems to be a Chinese customized version of the Android OS. As such, I think you should be prepared to accept non-standard behaviour.

There is a MIUI fonts collection here.

I got it , as bahhiku pesala said it’s right side-bearing of all characters I discovered that when I download your saftware as trial and open the font .
