Help needed to create single-stroke font for a plotter

I have an old plotter and would like to use it for filling paper forms.
I can create my own handwriting font using Scanahand, but I would like to transfer it into the single stroke (center-line) font
using FontCreator.

I found interesting fonts here:

I would like to do something similar.
Could somebody help me how to do it?

Have you read the help topic on Single-line Fonts?

I have no experience of creating or using these fonts.
