Horizantal scale

In Indesign or Illustrator when I use a font a can change horizontal scale from 100 % to 70 % (design request for a label). But in Label application I can’t do that transformation. So I need a new font, the same, but with that effect. How to do that? Thanks for you help!

Tools:Glyph Transformer brings up the transform wizard. To narrow a font, I would do a Outline,Scale: H 70%, and Effects,Bold: at 30% of vertical members (eg, if the width of vertical bars in the font is 200 funits, set bold to 60.). That will give you a condensed version of the font, while maintaining consistent stroke weight.

The Transform Wizard may only be available with professional edition, but it’s been available since at least 5.0.

I did only first step and the result is fine. Thank you for your help.
