How do I open a Mac font?

A friend sent me a mac font, but I can’t open it to view the glyphs!

How do I get this to a TTF, so I can view?

If anyone is able to convert the file to a file accessible by this program, then I’ll gladly send.

Cross Font is one that I know about. I think it is available as Shareware: see: http://www.asy.com/

Thanks. I downloaded that program, but it doesn’t quite do all that I need. Thanks anyway.
