I recently purchased Main Type Standard edition. It stopped working, ie: it stopped refreshing fonts ( I couldn’t get newly purchased fonts to load into library, etc) I submitted a help ticket and was provided a link for a possible solution, however, the solution has just given me a limited “Trial” copy in DEBUG mode. I emailed results for additional support, but it’s been 5 days. How long should I wait for a response? thanks
I’m curious… 6 days later, are you still waiting? This is good info for someone trying MT for the first time.
