HP 2035 printer driver can't handle old TTF font

I have an older TTF font that will not load into Windows for certain recent HP printers’ drivers.

Can I use FontCreater to update the format of my existing TTF font?

Can you attach the font here just for testing purposes?

I have attached the font. Note that we are trying to make this work on a Win 2008 64-bit server.

I was able to install the font in Windows XP Home SP3 and the font appeared in the PagePlus font list allowing me to make the attached test.

The font contains no Alpha Glyphs, no Unicode Ranges, and No Code pages. I’m not sure what you need to add to make it work in your version of Windows.

You may have to wait for a definitive answer from the developer until after the weekend. Its beyond my knowledge what needs fixing — but I expect that FontCreator can do whatever is needed.

Yes you can update the font, but you’ll first have to figure out what goes wrong. So please let us know why you think the font fails. Is it because you don’t see printed text? If so do give us a sample report you are trying to print.
