This is image of standard letters. This is very complex font with 4280 glyphs. There are extensive alternates.

wht do you mean?? the curls on the G and Y I have to do them myself??
Some OpenType fonts have Contextual Alternates.
In applications like InDesign, Word 2010, or PagePlus X5 that support OpenType features these alternate glyphs can be selected from a palette, or they may be selected automatically from their context if the contextual feature allows it.
For example, the lowercase “h” in “eighty” might use the swash in your screen shot, but the “h” in “thirty” might not because it would clash with the lowercase “t.”
The OpenType font designer will decide which features to include in the font, and how they are implemented, i.e. whether glyph substitutions are made manually or automatically, and in which context.
