moving all glyph at 0 position IN HEIGHT at 0 level

i opened a ttf and all the characters isn’t at 0 baseline…
it is possible to select all the glyph CTR-A and have a function to do it…?

That’s the way it should be. Any rounded shape should descend below the baseline, especially for 0 or C, which may be 40 funits or more below the baseline. A flat bottomed character like L or T, might sit on the baseline.
