My apostrophes and quote marks won't show in Word

Thanks to anyone out there who can help! I created a font by scanning my handwriting and importing each individual character into FCP3. Within FCP3’s Font Test, all characters show up fine, but when installing the font (Win XP), two characters do not show up.
