Hello, I just ran out my first year, anw getting a new key seems fine, in practice.
I would think that the registration code would be instantaneous. But alas it has been a fair while with no email.
Is this the norm of late?
Your current license is still valid for FontCreator 14, so there is no need to send a new one.

Hi, so fontcreator is not allowing me to do really anything at all - stating that my subscription has expired.
I try to enter the old key but it is no longer valid.
