Overwriting character

I have a problem with one character of a font.
In Office apps, my font works fine.
But in Adobe Illustrator (and Photoshop) one capital (“T” in fact) is overwritten by some (not all) next characters.

Because my english is poor and the problem I descriped is probably not clear I will also write it in dutch:

Wanneer ik de hoofdletter T type worden sommige letters (zowel kleine als hoofdletters) die op deze hoofdletter volgen overschreven (de letters staan door elkaar). Dit gebeurt in Illustrator en Photoshop. In Word enz. werkt alles goed.

Who can help me out?

In the FontCreator overview, Select the T, and one of the characters that overwrites it in PhotoShop.

Press “P” to bring up the Preview Toolbar. Uncheck the Kerning checkbox and see if that stops the overwriting. If it does, then the fault is with the kerning. You can change this from Format, Kerning.

Did you dd add kerning to your font? It is best to do this only at the final stage, after making sure that the advance width of each glyph is right.

Yes, that’s it.
Thanx for the fast and effective reply!
