Pixel fonts

Can someone please tell me, how can i create a pixel font?
I love such fonts, i think they look a way better for example when creating a flash animation.
Sorry if posted this in wrong section, im a newbie.

It does show two PHP warnings, that can be ignored. After those two lines it does show the content tested with both Mozilla and Internet Explorer.
