I Think It’s One Kind Of Times New Roman, But It’s A REALLY IRREGULAR Italic Times New Roman. Could U Tell Me EXACTLY Name Of This Font?

Yes. Definitely looks like Times New Roman, but oblique, not italic. That is, someone used the italic attribute but the italic font style was not installed, so Windows made a faux italic by slanting the text by a few degrees, just as I did below using PagePlus to slant the text.

There is no font to send to you.

I simply slanted the regular font by 15 degrees. If you uninstall Times New Roman Italic, then apply italics to Times New Roman, Windows will generate the oblique version.

Top is Times New Roman Regular (with italic attribute) after uninstalling Times New Roman Italic.
Below is Times New Roman Bold Italic, which is still installed.
