I recently created my first font in version 5.6. It is a basic handwriting font with characters of an average size. When I first used it in MS Word, the font worked normally. After changing a couple of glyphs and re-saving the font, I uninstalled the original font, then installed the new version. Now it displays normally when I use it, but won’t print. Instead, when I print a document the printer puts out a blank page. If I change the text to a different font, it prints normally, so I am pretty sure this problem is with my new font file. Have I inadvertently modified a setting? Is there an obvious solution to this problem that I’m missing? Any help would be appreciated.
Have you tried rebooting your PC? If you like to attach the font I can look at it for you to see if anything is obviously wrong.
Thank You! Rebooting my PC seems to have fixed the problem. (And I’m only mildly embarrassed that I didn’t think of it myself
