Re-arrange glyphs?

Hi,

How can I change the order of my glyphs? I inserted several characters at the end of my font and now I want to move them between other characters. Drag & drop does not work and copy/paste does only copy the shape, not the mappings. (FCP 5.0)

Try “Sort Glyphs” from the Font menu.

If you really want to order them in your own way, then insert a blank glyph or glyphs and copy and use paste special (overwrite same mappings).

Paste Special works - it’s burdensome but it works, thanks.
