Reinstall not possible

I own a MainType Version 6 but had some trouble with an application not recognising fonts properly. So I thought trying out a later version could solve my problem. So I installed the latest testversion but realised that the problem was not resolved (might be related to the other application). Now I deinstalled all versions of Maintype and wanted to re-install my legal version 6 but all I get now is en error stating. “Handshake error: Client protocol version is too high”

How do I get my paid-for, old version 6 back? Any reg-key that needs to be deleted additionally? Uninstall doesn’t show any installed MainType products.

Again fully uninstall the current version, and then manually delete this file:
C:\Windows\System32\hlfontlib.dll

Now reinstall the older version of MainType.

I could solve the problem. MainType seem to function properly again!
