[Resolved] When I want to work with FC I have to register

Hello experts,

since I have bought the Font Creator 4.
I don´t need it every week or month, but sometimes.
When I call up the program every time I have to give in the register code!?

Why is this necessary and couldn´t be stored? :confused: :blush:

You ask about this 7 years after we released that version :open_mouth:

I strongly suggest you move on and get the latest version. Since we usually don’t accept upgrades from version 4 to 6, do send me a private message with some proof of your previous order, and I’ll give you a special upgrade price.

Helldo sir,

some questions anew because of your message:

  1. At what address can I send you a “private message” ?
  2. As you have written my version is 7 years old. A private doesn´t have bills from such a long time ago.
    I don´t have the place for an archive. Furthermore I think I have bought this version earlier than 7 years ago.
    But I have the code for registering. Isn´t this verification enough that I have a genuine version?
  3. What has my question to do with version 4 or 6 or 19?

P.S.: How is it possible that a sign which I have created on place “dagger” is visible in the glyph board, but it appears not in the font?

FontCreator 4 was not developed with Windows 7 in mind, as it didn’t exists back then. More recent versions of our software do run just fine with Windows 7.

You can send an email with the registration code as proof to customer support.
