Is it possible to change the size of a font? For example, Garamond.ttf 12 pt ==> 11 pt, so that the font becomes “bigger”?

Yes, up to a point. If you look at Arial 12 point and Garamond 12 point you will see that Arial looks bigger because it has a larger x-height.

If your font does not need accents, then that space can be used so that the Caps Height coincides with WinAscent. However, be aware that the font may not work well in blocks of text, unless additional line-spacing is added.

If you’re using the Pro Edition or the 30-day Trial Edition, you can use the transform wizard.
