Sort not working when copying

Okay, I’ll try this again. Below is a picture of what I will now describe.

NOTE: I did this from the same instance of Font Creator, I started up two of them just so I could show you the result.

I created 100 characters in SPUA-A whoose codepoints are exactly F0000 bigger than the ones in Basic Latin. I now sorted all the Basic Latin characters by codepoints. I selected them all using ctrl+a and pressed ctrl+c to copy them. Then i selected te F0000 character and pressed ctrl+v to paste them. Several thing happened:

If a glyph was present in more than one character, it was copied only the first time it was encountered.
It sorted all the characters by glyph index, instead of codepoint.

Now, why does it keep doing that? I only want to copy everyting as is…

That is what I warned about: http://forum.high-logic.com:9080/t/translating-whole-font-for-n-glyph-positions/3988/2

You need to sort the glyphs by codepoint through the Tools menu (Tools → Sort Glyphs → Unicode codepoint).
