I thought that I was slowly beginning to understand how the OpenType Designer works, but none of my “Mark to Base” additions show up in the installed font. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

Not all software supports OpenType layout features. How do you test your fonts?
I recommend you test your fonts as web fonts through Firefox. The most convenient way it to use the Test WOFF feature (CTRL-F5). You can then easily enable, disable specific features, and as a bonus it has color font support.
