I just bought this software - seems promissing, but…
I use Windows Ultimate with dual processors and 4 GB RAM. I have 2000 font installed.
I created groups and uninstalled some of the groups, since unloading does not really unload them from the system (would have been nice)
I made my own folders for Uninstalled font - but it is still emty after I uninstall fonts? Why?
When I start the program again, I cannot see which groups are active or not. The status field is emty - is that a mistake on my part? It’s very important that I am able to see this.
Also, the uninstalled fonts still shows in the “Active” panel, even after refresh? Should not show at all or at least be greyed out I think. Maybe another mistake on my part…

Unload means “uninstall fonts for this Windows session only.” When you reboot, the fonts will still be installed.
Uninstall means what it says. Fonts will not be available in the Active pane, nor after a reboot.
You can change the default directory for uninstalled fonts in Options.
I am not an expert on MainType. I don’t see what the status column does in the groups pane. Only the Font Status column in the Fonts pane makes any sense to me.
The status of a group is updated when you load or unload a whole group. It would be nice if it always shows the current status of a group, but that would significantly slow down the software.
