Urgent: Issues in PowerPoint, Mac, and Adobe Premiere Pro

Hello,

I am using FontCreator 15 and have completed creating both Korean and English fonts, saving them in TTF and CFF formats. However, I have encountered a few issues and need your assistance. Due to time constraints with my project, I would appreciate it if you could quickly help resolve these issues, even if it requires sending project files.

In PowerPoint, parts of the text are missing when printing, although it converts to PDF without issues. Are there specific considerations for font saving that could affect printing performance?

The font does not apply correctly on Mac. I have tried reinstalling the font, but it did not resolve the issue. Are there specific considerations for font saving on Mac that I should be aware of?

The font is not recognized in Adobe Premiere Pro, and it displays completely different characters. Is this an issue with Adobe’s performance, or are there specific aspects of font saving/creation that need to be checked?

Since English is not my first language, it takes me a bit longer to understand and execute these tasks. Given the urgency of the situation, I would be grateful for any quick assistance you can provide. If necessary, I am willing to send project files for your review.

Thank you for your help!

When you include localized naming fields, then it is still recommended to include naming fields for English - United States.

Especially for these fields:
Family Name
Style Name
Full Font Name
Version String
Unique Font Identifier
PostScript Name

See for example font Malgun Gothic (맑은 고딕).
