This set of four Sans Serif type styles includes a full range of characters for Latin scripts, geometric shapes and symbols. The uppercase composite glyphs like  use low profile accents, as do the Small Capitals and Petite Capitals. Default leading for 10 point text is 13 points.
Added a set of Basic Greek glyphs, making use of the work I did on the Sans Serif Greek glyphs for Kabala, and adjusting the x-height and weight to suit Verajja.
Is this problem still there or have you been able to overcome this problem with a more recent version of PDF Factory or another virtual printer driver that generates PDF documents?
The problem is still there even with 1 Gbytes of RAM on Windows XP. The linked PDF is about the best I can manage. Current results are worse. Restarting the print job after every page makes no difference.
Verajja 3.40 completed the Latin Extended Additional, Number Forms, Currency, and Dingbat character sets for Unicode 8.0. The archive now includes cut-down versions designed for Web use. The font names are the same, but the filenames are different, e.g. Verajja Regular Web.otf and Verajja Regular.woff. The web versions have 1,378 glyphs including Petite Capitals, but fewer symbols.
Version 3.52 fixes lots more bugs. It’s amazing what gets overlooked as you can see from this long list. I used the Glyph Overview side panel to select character sets, and the Preview Toolbar to compare font styles using Ctrl + Tab.
The Turkish Lira currency symbol was just a copy of the Italian Lira. I either never got around to designing it, or overwrote it with Complete Composites
The Georgian Lari currency symbol was improved a bit.
Spacing of super/subscripts for a-z was too loose for Verajja Regular
Spacing of super/subscripts for A-Z was too loose for Verajja Bold
Kerning pairs for L + superscripts was missing in several styles
The wrong accents were used on many glyphs for pcap and smcp
Letter-like double-struck capitals were improved.
Greek Phi for bold and bold italic were too black
Aspect ratio of estimated symbol was not square and it was less than CapHeight
Fax and Tel symbols were inconsistent
a/o, a/s, c/o, and a/u did not all use composites, and so were inconsistent weights
Some number forms were incorrectly spaced
Some maths operators were not on the baseline, and not the full CapHeight
Misc Tech, Perspective was not the full CapHeight
Enclosed alphanumerics were inconsistent sizes
Misc Symbols now have one more Easter-egg
Some Petite Caps did not match the x-height
One Germandbls Petite Caps was CapHeight instead of x-height
Some accents were incorrectly positioned for superscripts for ordinals
By using more composites, e.g. for Greek Small and Petite Capitals, the file sizes were reduced.
I am still improving this one after more than ten years. It’s not perfect yet.
Version 3.60 added Localized Forms for Romanian, ligatures for Dutch, added some Stylistic Alternates for ! and ~, improved kerning classes, and added many kerning pairs. The Web versions include Small Capitals and are hinted, but they have no Petite Capitals, Alternative Fractions, and fewer symbols.
Version 3.70 improved the design of glyphs with ogonek accents and added four more for Nordic, E and O ogonek with acute. They are mapped to the code-points suggested by the Medieval Unicode Font Initiative. The Web and WOFF version now include a full set of Unicode space glyphs: hair space, thin space, etc.
Version 3.80 added two glyphs for Transport and Map Symbols Stupa and Pagoda. The Web versions include Small Capitals and are hinted, but they have no Petite Capitals or Alternative Fractions, and fewer symbols. Some Unicode space glyphs were added back. The archive now includes WOFF and WOFF2 versions, which are much smaller than the Web versions with the same glyphs and they are hinted.
Version 3.81 added a Currency symbol for the Bitcoin sign to complete the set. The Contextual Ligatures for Velhuis Encoding, which are enabled by default, were replaced with Character Variants, which have to manually enabled. Localised forms for Romanian were removed. Some discretionary ligatures like ty were spaced a bit wider as they were too tight.
Version 3.90 adds Stylistic Alternates for gold drop capitals — the Pagoda Symbol is now gold too. The Stylistic Set for symbols was changed to Character Variants, and a second Stylistic set was added for Romanian Alternate forms: Şş and Ţţ (Localised forms are not supported by the Serif Apps that I use). More superscript and subscript glyphs were added for the fractions feature, which now works for fractions like x+y/(a-b). The fonts were validated to remove suspicious points and other bugs.
